Accessing your Web Disk via WebDAV Print

  • 1

1. Make sure you've followed the instructions for setting up your Web Disk. If you have not done that yet, please follow the instructions found here.

2. In your Finder, click on the Go menu and select Connect To Server...

3. In the resulting window under server address you want to type in a URL that includes 3 different elements; Your domain name and the correct port number to connect via (port 2077). As an example, the Server Address field should look like this:

http://www.exampledomain.com:2077/

(exampledomain.com should be replaced with your domain name, followed be :2077 to indicate port 2077. The username you specify will automatically put you in the correct WebDAV accessible folder.)

Click Connect

4. You should be prompted to enter the username and password you assigned for this Web Disk directory. If you find that you are having trouble logging in, be sure to login to cPanel and visit the Web Disk module. At the bottom you will see Web Disk Account Management and below there you will see the username to use and the option to change the password that you set.

If all went well you should see a network disk mounted on your desktop.
