Please keep in mind that your domain name will not be visible on the internet for between 24 and 72 hours. This process is called Propagation. Until your domain has Propagated your website and email will not function, we have provided a temporary url which you may use to view your website and upload files in the meantime.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure you upload your files to the PUBLIC_HTML directory on the server otherwise they will not be visible on the internet. Also, please be sure that your homepage is saved as an "index" file e.g., index.htm, index.html, etc. We suggest you download FileZilla from http://filezilla-project.org/download.php if you do not already have an ftp client or you may also download Core FTP at http://www.coreftp.com.
Very Important:
If you signed up with a free email account such as Yahoo and did not recieve an email containing your New Account Information, free email accounts will sometimes dump those notices in your bulk/spam email bin. You can simply login to the client area with the information provided below and view all emails that were sent to you. To login, visit https://www.webzpro.com/wbil/
All emails sent to your account you will find copies in your client billing area located under My Emails.
Account Passwords:
You will have two sets of passwords. One set for your client billing area which is your email address and the password you set at sign up record of which is found in the Welcome to WebzPro email. The second set is for your hosting account used for logging into cPanel, FTP and so on. This username and password can be found in the WebzPro New Account Information email.
Temporarily you may use one of the addresses given below manage your web site. Replace 99.999.999.99 with your server IP listed in New Account Information or view it in your Client Area an click on My Emails.

Important Updating Your Name Servers
If you ordered your domain name from us when you signed up your name servers will be set at sign up there is nothing for you to do.
If your domain is registered with another registrar you must update your name servers (DNS Settings) with that registrar.

Catch all email with your default email account

Additional mail accounts that you add

Username : The FULL email address that you are picking up from (e.g. info@yourdomain.com).
