R1Soft integrates with cPanel which allows our customers to login directly to the Righteous Backup web interface using their user name and password. Customers have the ability to restore individual files or their entire control panel from any available incremental backup all without having to contact support to restore files. Users can only see and restore files in their home directory. Customer files are backed up every six hours, daily, weekly and monthly. Customers may choose may choose from multiple restore points for each category. This is available to customers at no additional charge.

* All of your web site content.
* All of your mailboxes on the server
* MySQL databases

Restore Points

* Hourly backups - 8 restore points
* Daily backups - 7 restore points
* Weekly backups - 4 restore points
* Monthly backups are retained for 2 months

Can I restore my own files?

Yes, you can restore all your files except databases. Currently only WebzPro support staff has access to recover mySQL databases.
