If you registered your domain with us after April 27, 2009 you may ignore this message

To all clients that purchased domains with us between July 1, 2008 and April 27, 2009 you must follow the below instructions and update your passwords. If you have any questions please open a support ticket. Make sure you open the ticket under the Domain Registration Support.

At WebzPro we offer two ways to access you domain register information. One is through our Client Area and the second is a control panel with our registrar. The registrar is now requesting that the control panel log in for customers passwords be updated. We will also ask that you update your password with us in the Client Area also. This will be a two step process but very easy to accomplish. Passwords will be reset to 8 characters alphanumeric at least one capitol letter.

Got to http://domains.webzpro.com/

Enter email and password you signed up with. If you forgot the password you signed up with just click on forgot password and enter the email address you signed up with on the day you started service with WebzPro.

You will see the following message.

Your password has Expired. A new temporary password has been emailed to you@youremail.com and you should be receiving the same within the next 2-3 minutes. Please check your email and login with this temporary password. Please change your password after logging into your control panel with the temporary password that has just been issued to you

You will receive an email with a new temporary password. Log in at http://domains.webzpro.com with the temporary password. Now click on settings, change password and change your password to a total of 8 characters alphanumeric at least one capitol letter.

Now for step two.

Go to https://www.webzpro.com/wbill/clientarea.php and log in. The above password change will not affect your log in password here. Click on My Details then Change Password. We suggest you change it two the same as you did for the registrar control panel. Though not necessary it will make it easier to remember for you.
