There has been some resent issues with Outlook and Outlook express giving an error:
"Error 0x800ccc0d or 0x800ccc0f" when sending and recieving emails.
There are three things which you need to check when there is an error with
sending and receiving emails.
First have you installed any new antivirus software? If so disable that and
try to send and receive email.
Second, has your local network changed? Have you installed a new firewall or
router, are you trying to access your emails from a LAN that might not allow
you to do this? Please check with your local System Administrator to see if
there might be something blocking your access. Also if you have an existing
firewall or router disable this and see if you will have an issues (especially
with software firewalls like Zone Alarm)
