Support Instructions

Support options will be as follows.
1) 24/7, 365 days tech support for General Support through our support ticket system.  This includes levels 1,2 and 3.  All General support tickets will be answered with the hour of submitting the ticket.

To open a ticket you have two options.
1) Go go to webzpro.com, click on the green button upper right hand corner entitled -  Client Login.  Enter the email address that is registered to the account and the password.  On the navigation bar click on open ticket and choose the department.

2) You may open a ticket to general support by sending an email from your email registered to your account to [email protected] and this will open a ticket associated with your account.  Remember the email address you send this from must be the email registered to your account.  To open a ticket you have two options.

Business Clients
If you have employees that will need to open support tickets on behalf of your account you may add the person as an additional contact.
1) Log in at https://www.webzpro.com/wbill/clientarea.php
2) Click on Hello, (your name) on the navigation bar.
3) Click Contacts/Sub-Accounts
4) Add the person.  
5) Check the box - Tick to configure as a sub-account with client area access
6) Check under Sub-Accounts Permissions which you wish to grant access to
7) Add a password
8) Check off email performances you wish to add.  Make sure if you want the person to be able to open support tickets you check - Support Emails.

Billing Support
Hours 9 to 5 PM Monday - Friday, Saturday 9 to Noon.  Closed Sunday.
You can leave a message for Billing and we will open a ticket on your behalf but the response can be delayed, but will be answered that business day.  General support tickets will not be opened through billing.  Only billing related issues which include, billing issues, any issue that relates to your account profile, cancellations, upgrades/downgrades and so on. Billing Support will remain the same.
